BWH Maternal Phenylketonuria (PKU) Clinic

The Maternal PKU Clinic at Brigham and Women's Hospital focuses exclusively on the care of adult patients with PKU. Women with PKU have complex medical needs that require a specialized team approach. The Brigham and Women's Hospital and the Children's Hospital of Boston are working together to build a comprehensive clinic for the care of women with PKU at all stages of life. Services will be offered by professionals in obstetrics, pediatrics, genetics, nutrition, social services, and psychology to meet individual patient needs. Women with a personal or family history of PKU or healthcare providers caring for these women are invited to contact us with questions or to make an appointment.
